New Student Login

Your username is your student identifier (or number).

 

Your initial password is welcome+postalcode (ex. welcomep6a5l3 or welcome90210).

 

When using your account for the first time, you should change your password. The Password Change function is located under the Account tab. The new password applies to mysaultcollege, the college network, LMS, college email and other college network resources.

Password Reset

Remember, new students should change their password after their first login (see new student login).

 

If you forget your password, follow the instructions on the page to reset your password.

 

If you are unable to reset your password and need further assistance, please enter a password reset service request using TeamDynamix or call us at 705.759.2554 ext 2504.

 

 

Why did my Login fail?

You entered an incorrect username/password combination.
Please note that after 4 bad password attempts your account will be locked out for 10 minutes.


The account you are using does not exist.
If you are sure your account information is correct and you have made multiple attempts, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Logout and Close all Web Browsers

Always log out so no one else views your personal records - even when clicking a link that opens a new window. Click "logout" at the top of your portal page.

 

You will then see the mysaultcollege login page. Click the Logout link beneath the login button.

 

Once you see a page saying you are successfully logged out, you are logged out. Then, remember to close all web browser windows! If you leave web browser windows open even after clicking logout, you will still be logged in - and others could access your information.
