You’ll rotate through a series of timed stations targeting upper body, lower body, and core using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. With clear instruction and scalable options for every fitness level, this class delivers a full-body workout that builds muscle, improves stability, and keeps you moving from start to finish.
